In recent times an ever growing cooperation has been established between the various companies within the Unitex Group, like C&S Valkenburg & Co. B.V. So far the immediate consequences of this cooperation remained hardly noticeable to yourselves.
However, as per 1 November 2007 the Finished Products Division of the Unitex Group will face some changes as a result of an internal reorganization.
As off this date all production activities and stock movements realized in Scherpenzeel under the trade name Valco, will be transferred to the group’s manufacturing site in Coevorden in The Netherlands. Please note that this reorganization is limited only to Finished Products, such as web slings, round slings, lashings etc.; the manufacture of industrial textile webbing itself, realized by C&S Valkenburg & Co. B.V., remains unaffected by these measures!
Through this reorganization we aim to strengthen the Finished Products Division of the group by joining forces, increasing our technical know-how and optimizing the flexibility and the achievements towards our customers.
Next to the advantages mentioned there will be little changes for yourselves.
